I guess I needed to remind myself of how amazing going to Austin City Limits and SXSW was. If you look hard enough I’m in the audience. It’s like I’m Waldo. I may post this and Nicole Atkins again because it was that amazing!

Wye Oak covering The Kinks Strangers ranks high on my list of best covers. I never quite got into their sound outside of this song which is sand. Perhaps, I’ll try again because they did such a damn fine job.

REM’s Driver 8 came on my iTunes shuffle today. I think it is as close lyrically and melodically to a perfect song as I’ve ever heard. It’s definitely REM at their best.
